The Rice
Phka Rumduol is the Cambodian jasmine variety. It has won World's Best Rice five times. We grow it on this farm and serve it at every meal.
Vegetables come from the garden. Eggs from the hens behind the kitchen. Fish from the local market in the morning when there is dinner.
Cooking class · Kitchen bungalow
$20 per person. Minimum two. Two to three hours. Three Khmer dishes. Held in the kitchen bungalow when not occupied.
You shop at the local market with the family in the morning. You cook three dishes together using the wood fire. You eat what you made.
Best for couples. Good for guests who want to take Khmer cooking home with them. Available daily, book one day in advance.
